Minute Rice has been a pantry staple since I was a kid. I keep it on hand for quick sides or mix ins for dinners and for anytime my dog has a tummy upset and needs rice to make him feel better quick. Huge box for the price, high quality, and easy to make. Box was sealed and rice fresh, keeps for ages but I so switch it over to a jar with a sealed lid to prevent spoilage. Read more
I have used Minute Rice for years and I love it. This was a HUGE box for a great price so awesome value. I use it in casseroles and a Swedish meatball recipe but also as a side. I have added cheese to it and even use beef onion soup with it to make a yummy side dish. I like it plain with butter and salt, too. It is easy to fix and always turns out well. I have cooked with regular rice and I always end up with a sticky, tasteless mess as I am impatient so Minute Rice is a much better choice for me. Read more
