They work but not perfect
I use these for my vest workouts where heavy is needed and the vest cuts into my shoulders. The pads help a good amount. I will likely stitch them in the best position on the vest. Read more

So worth it!!!
Total game changer. I tried to find “cheaper” shoulder pads for my MIR weight vest since I train with 45 pounds for Wildland Fire arduous test. This makes the vest SO MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE, my shoulders do not hurt from carrying that weight for the minimum 3 miles. It also helps position the vest better so I can run easier with it and it’s not flopping around. The design and quality is great, functionality: you just wrap the pad around the shoulder area. Light weight, size is perfect for my MIR vest… the other non MIR ones did not fit and were a waste of money. Read more
