I like these a lot. They give firm support but are also comfortable. The material has a good amount of stretch to make the fit well and also give good support. I am somewhere between an xl and a xxl but I ordered the xl and it fit me perfectly! As other reviews have mentioned, the padding does move around a lot! This MIRITY sports bra is amazing for high-impact workouts. It gives great support without feeling too tight, and the racerback design keeps everything in place during running and gym sessions. I really like them a lot, the only reason I’m giving four stars is because I think they could have more support. They are very comfortable and soft, the fit is excellent (I got a medium and I’m a 34DD, 5’7” & 130lbs) I wear these at my job which is physical but not super high impact. Mainly a lot of walking and lifting/tossing heavy objects, these do fine for that. I don’t think I would go on a run in them, though! I am shocked at how comfortable these are especially considering the price! I would say they give moderate to high intensity support especially if you slightly size down. Not high impact at all. Floating foam pads always move around and get lost in the wash. Ok for yoga but not good for any calestheyics, aerobics or cardio. Read more

Really happy with these sports bras, they are perfect. I am 5’4” 150 LBS and had to decide between a medium and a large. Ultimately went with a large because I felt I needed less support and prefer something easier to take on and off, especially when sweaty. Glad that I sized up as they offer enough support for what I need and are very comfortable. I immediately removed the removable pads, but that standard for me as I don’t need the extra padding.
