Bought this in February--sometime the last of March or first of April, the cup started getting stuck in the base when blending--It's virtually impossible to remove it. In fact, I have had to call my husband home from work twice to get the two parts separated. Therefore, I am simply unable to use it. I am terribly disappointed in such a poor quality product.
