I purchased my first mission built well over a year ago and absolutely love the product. My buckle on the belt had finally broken and I lost one of the pins. I sent an email to customer service, not knowing whether it had been over a year at that point for what their policy was. I found that I was outside of the Warranty but the company replaced my buckle for free anyway the belt still has years and years of life in it. It is by far the best belt I have ever owned. The quality of the product is superb, and the style is top notch. Without even requesting a free buckle, they offered and supplied one by sending a few photos of my broken item and a copy of my Amazon purchase order thank you to a great company. I will be a customer for life and don’t ever see myself purchasing any belts from any other company. I highly recommend their products to everyone. Thanks again for being a standup company in a world of customer no service. I will also mention that I was happy to purchase a buckle myself being that I was outside of the warranty. A few weeks back I broke a ratcheting belt from a popular competitor here on Amazon. The belt material eventually wore a crease through after about a year and it just... broke. I looked around for a more durable and sturdy replacement, hoping to find something made in the USA. I tried a Grip6 belt but it's odd mechanism was fussy to me. I decided to try this Mission belt and I'm liking it so far. I'm bummed that it's manufactured in China, but I will say that the quality seems better than expected. I got the "Iron" buckle and the gray canvas strap. It's gray-on-gray but I like an understated look. The buckle is heavier than expected, but it's not actually iron or steel; it's aluminum with a cool "hammered" finish. The canvas strap is clearly much more durable than the terrible "genuine leather" of my old belt. I expect this one to hold up considerably longer. I will absolutely update my review if it fails, though! The ratchet system works well. It has nice positive engagement and it's not obnoxiously loud when it clicks in place. The strap is trimmable with some sharp scissors to get the length you need. The teeth that hold the strap in the buckle are plenty grippy. The release mechanism for the ratchet has a little bit of texture on it which makes it easy to find and grab with a finger. I'm weird and I wear my belts "backwards" so the strap feeds on my right rather than the left so my buckle is "upside-down" and I release it from the top with my thumb. I have two super-small complaints; I wish the ratchet release bar had more travel in it. It's really no big deal and I'll probably get over it very quickly. The other was some very small imperfections in the finish on the buckle. It had two small "snags" that were likely left over from casting. I have a little bit of belly overhang so I noticed it when sitting down. I filed them down and it's fine. Overall, I'm liking it so far. Yea, I saw the dude slangin these belts on Shark Tank lol.... and I didn't examine it closely but it sure looked like it was a handwritten note in the box from him sayin thanks for ordering! Dude knows how to make a sale and earn a customer, thats for sure. I 100% ordered this while laying in my hotel bed watching Shark Tank. anyway... everything he said was correct. This belt is freakin awesome imo. I order the canvas style one.. its "fancy" enough to wear with business imo if you are trying to stay away from leather or animal products. (I'm not guaranteeing this is non-animal product 100% I don't know) Its a tight weave canvas. It seems easy enough to cut down to size, there are cut marks on the back side.... so if its the same price you might as well get the biggest size to be sure it fits. $36 shipped is a good price for this. The belt feels high quality. The buckle looks awesome and feels heavy enough to not feel cheap but light enough to be comfortable. I got the one that has black stripes with the mission belt logo. The ratchet system is jsut awesome. I'm not a "fat" guy but I can see how that might be good for fat people lol All in all... good product. I'm going to order again and its true... I can't see myself ever using another brand for a "daily wear" belt. Read more

I bought one 3 years ago on a trip when I forgot my other belt and loved it. I wore it every day for 3 years before the seams between the fabric and leather came apart. Even though the buckle is still in perfect condition I bought another whole new belt just because I like them so much. I then lost a bunch of weight and just took the buckle off and cut the belt to the length I needed and it works like a charm. It's also a great belt for CCW. Read more

I’ve never had a belt like this one before. It’s very sturdy and dependable. Over the past month I’ve owned it I found it to be sturdy and dependable. It easily slides through through my pant loops and adjusts perfectly to my waist. The only minor little problem was I couldn’t figure out how to get it off until I watched the video on your website. After that, no problem. I plan on buying more of these belts with different colors and buckles. I love the variety of styles you offer. Well worth the price. Read more
