10/10! Most definitely cotton! With that being said, the color most definitely does hold in the fabric but if you wash it with lighter colors, they will get messed up. Stretches but not like you're wearing leggings bc they're not. Waistband is perfect fit and feel. Doesn't get loose and unstructured like the ones from Hanes. Much more durable. The ride shouldn't go up too far if you don't have much behind. If you do, these hold pretty well till you're doing 30 squats. Overall look, quality, ride and size is great! These are a very good value and the fit is very nice. Based on anothers review I bought a size up and I am glad I did. The fabric doesn't shrink but they are running a little small. Big bonus though, they don't ride up or get baggy after a days wear. My skin is quite sensitive and the fabric is just right for me. It's neither scratchy or stiff. However, if you like silky type fabrics next to your skin, this fabric is not silky. It's just plain cotton with a little stretch. Good, basic underwear. Read more
I LOVE these panties. The older I get the more I want some comfy underwear that's still cute but covers and is durable. These are very comfortable with enough stretch for your little bulges minus the clingy feeling. The material/elastic bands has held up after many washes and hot dryers. I would order again. I would have given 5 stars but 1 pair slipped in a size smaller and could not wear it. Read more

Without going into detail I will say I have a BDSM Dungeon and my clients are mostly bougie. I bought these because they are cotton and are comfortable and "containing." To stay on task, they are a popular option on departure as they are not the thin thong or lacy frill the girls came in. These are more comforting.
