Pro's: Good up-down wrist support Easy adjustment Ambidextrous design Compatible with gloves Con's: Very Expensive Bulky, thick design Padding finger hole is too small Padding is too thin at forearm I had to buy this brace after a bike fall. My wrist is still not fully recovered after 2 weeks, but this brace gave me the support I needed to get back on my mountain bike. The brace is well built and easily adjusted, but too expensive for a simple product. The foam pad has a hole for your finger, but it's too small and can't be made bigger. If you don't insert your finger, then you can reverse the pad and fold the part with the finger hole to give you more padding at your forearm because the brace really presses against it. The velcro is very sticky so don't get it caught on your clothes. If you have not hurt your wrist yet, you can get a cheaper, well-rated brace for $30. I have a $30 brace, but it doesn't provide as much support and takes longer to adjust. Read more
