I was pretty convinced I wasn’t going to like these… but I desperately needed some burgundy boots fast and couldn’t find any others I liked. Well, consider me pleasantly surprised! Fit (Size 8): My usual size 8 fit perfectly. The rounded toe gives plenty of room, and the platform + chunky heel combo makes them surprisingly easy to walk in for their height. Color: The color is spot on. Not too purple, not too red—just that perfect rich burgundy I was hoping for. They look even better in person. Comfort: The PU leather is buttery soft, and the lining feels great against the skin. The side zipper makes them easy to pull on, and the elastic shaft gives a nice snug fit without squeezing. Look: These are statement boots, and I mean that in the best way. The platform gives height without sacrificing comfort, and they pair well with dresses, skirts, jeans, and oversized sweaters.
