Stylish with so many options of shaping. Speaking of options...there are many in terms of brightness and tone. The remote offers you to preset values to your liking. It's a simple yet elegant design and decent quality. There is one light bar that appears a little bowed but not too noticeable. It arrived packaged well and safe with styrofoam. I do wonder if there is supposed to be a cap on the underside of the main compartment. It's very out in the open and seems incomplete. Once you spend the time to hang it up, you may start to realize that the parts that make it up, are not that overwhelming at all. My kitchen has a tall vaulted ceiling and when I bought the house it came with a plain white ceiling fan with a small light. I almost never used the fan or ceiling light so I didn't think too much about it, but recently I decided that I wanted to get rid of that ugly ceiling fan and go with just a light. I wanted something different and that would be big enough to look right in that large space hanging down from the vault. I decided on this fixture and am happy with it. It's large enough that it looks right and has a very unique appearance. It puts out a good amount of light and works great in that space. The remote is convenient as well.
