I received my sofa sleeper and after putting it together it looked nice, however, the cushions were pretty thin and not very soft or comfortable. Ok so I do a lot of research and was a little hesitant prior to this purchase but am extremely happy I went with it. Its firm but comfty. If you're looking for a bouncy, cushy couch this is not it, but it definitely has some give. The way it expands is great and our family of 4 can fit very comfortably with extra room. I love the storage, definitely a plus. It was extremely easy to assemble and gives options of how its set up so it worked in our awkwardly set living room. Worth giving it a shot in my opinion. ZERO STARS!! BUYER'S BEWARE - THIS IS A 3RD PARTY SELLER AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND AFTER YOU OPEN YOUR BOXES TO THIS DISAPPOINTMENT OF A SECTIONAL. This is likely just drop shipped from Temu or something of the sort. I ordered Gray and when I opened the first two boxes to begin assembly, it is definitely more blue than gray. Also there are metal bars on the back of the furniture that you have to look at unless it positioned against walls. Seller would not pay for return shipping, even though it was incorrectly advertised, and Amazon A-Z guarantee says the buyer has to pay return shipping to get a refund. Shipping was nearly the cost of the furniture. No protection on this $1300 purchase whatsoever. This furniture is junk. Cheaply built, thin cushions, rough and odd colored material. If you like sitting on wood benches, you might like it. Now I'm out $1300. Read more

The packages arrived way sooner than I thought, which was great! I got all 4 at the same time. The couch itself was packaged amazingly! I was worried about cutting into the couch when trying to get thru the tape but they thought of that too! It was very easy to assemble, up until I had to put all the pieces together to make it a couch, its been a pain! The couch itself is NOT comfy at all, its very, firm and all of the pillows and seats all velcro down (could be a good or a bad thing depending on what your using it for). I bought the 5 seater, the seat to the storage on the back end is just a velcro down flap so for storage its not a box so things can come out of the back end, if its stuffed full. The hardware seems cheap. And the back pillows are flat even after letting them air out and fluffing them. This is a somewhat decent couch but for the price it was not worth it. I will say that the fabric itself is nice, its not fluffy soft but it is easy to clean. I would not recommend getting this couch, and since its such a large piece and its already together I cant send it back. I have not contacted the seller yet. Read more

This couch was easy to put together. It came in 5 separate boxes and arrived weeks before it was estimated to be delivered. I gave it 48 hours for the cushions to finish fluffing up and it's really comfortable! You won't regret buying it. Read more
