I read all of the reviews before ordering this couch. We spend a lot of time in our media room and wanted something super comfortable. Here is my opinion. I ordered 2A-2B-2C in Black. Yesterday, I received 2A and 2C. And I panicked. I contacted the seller and they replied immediately. Today, I received 2B. 1. Customer Service is a 5/5 2. Easy to assemble 5/5 3. Material 5/5 4. Functionality 5/5 Love that I can move them around. 5. Value for the money 5/5 4. Comfort - I really can’t say. I’ve had it for one day and the cushions are hard to sit on. I love rearranging it into a "bed". All pieces came together on the exact day as expected. Putting it together to us a little while because we had kids trying to "help" us. Pros-Color is accurate, and very soft! Looks like described. Quality seems decent. Cons- The back pillows are too small for the couch. Can adjust them to look ok, but when sitting they will shift and you can feel the gaps. They need to be larger and thicker. Definitely need throw pillows. The brackets holding each piece together are too long, so there is about a 1/8-1/4 inch gap between the seats. Neutral-the seat base is too firm for me but might be a plus for some people. Definitely not a lounging couch. Assembly is straightforward and instructions are clear. I’ll update with quality to see how it holds up and ease of cleaning once I use it more. Read more

This is a normal size couch. I was so happy it isn’t petite! Easy to put together (once you see that the cushions are inside!). A little on the firm side but still very comfortable. It’s not beige more cream colored. Read more

This would of been a 5 if they sent me the correct corner pieces. I have two of the same corner pieces & they arent interchangeable, so if I have it sit how its supposed to, there's an armrest in the middle of the couch 😅 the couch is extremely comfortable & great size. Easy to assemble & lightweight. I just hope they're able to make it right & send another corner.. Read more
