Arrived quickly. Interestingly it came in 5 boxes, 3 different shipments, 3 days in a row. Worked out for me because I was able to move the room around the sections but just a heads up for anyone to plan accordingly. Moving on... Rip Van Winkle must have made this couch. After I woke up I didnt know who I was, how long I had been there or how I had gotten there! The cushions absolutely blew up (slowly) after we removed the plastic and while it is new, it is super comfortable, soft and pillowy. Two boxes came in record time (ottoman and one half of the love seat in big box which was very heavy, two people needed to carry), 3rd one arrived next day. Unboxed the first half of the love seat, immediately evident plastic already torn open on the some of the accent cushions. There was a long orangey smudge on the base, one of the cushions had like dirt on it I immediate flicked it off, (I was a bit grossed out), they sent me someone else's return (!!) fortunately the Main couch cushions were still in sealed bags. Once open they puffed up immediately, they are pretty puffy and dense, so solid but very comfy cushions. (My first gut wrench reaction when I saw the fabric was "ew looks cheap" but it grew on me now I dont mind it at all, its soft and cozy to the touch.) There was a faint chemical smell but it disappeared pretty rapidly. IT IS A WARM WHITE so slight yellow undertone in daylight as apposed to blue/cold white. Cushions dont fasten to the base but as they are pretty substantial it seems to be no problem to stay put. The backs seem pretty flimsy but fortunately as my couch is up against the wall I am not so worried about it. The base has thin spring set in them, hope they last (!!) The "feet" of the couch and ottoman are plastic but looks pretty real. My first reaction "slouching" on the couch with my feet on the ottoman was "bliss." I wanted something comfy, and this little cloud is comfy and then some. I don't fall asleep on couches, now with this one almost two times caught myself wanting to fall asleep right then and there, TIP: if you don't want to fall asleep on your couch don't buy this. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I reached out to them, they contacted me in half a day and was willing to replace. I said no as the genie was already out the box they can give me a discount coupon toward another ottoman if I decide to add to my collection. They assured me they are very strict in destroying any returns and after my experience they will look in to their procedures and ramp up their inspection of the boxed content before they leave. I bought 2 boneless couches off Amazon (on a budget!) and returned them both as they were hard as a rock! Third couch is a charm I guess because I absolutely love this couch. It's super simple to put together and it fluffed up quickly after unboxing. It's like sitting on pillows. I love the light blue and it goes great with my somewhat farmhouse decor. As mentioned in other reviews, it does sit low, but I'm only 5'4" so it's fine for me. If you are looking for a comfortable couch on a budget - don't hesitate to purchase this very comfortable couch! The media could not be loaded. It’s a nice couch, just a little too fluffy for me. I’m not crazy for the squishy armrests either. It was exactly what I wanted, it was decently sized and extremely comfortable and easy to assemble. It took 30 minutes to put together if that. I’m a 19 year old girl who has never assembled anything in their life btw. I wanted something comfortable and plush unlike all these new couches that look like cardboard. This is the one!! I searched on amazon for about 3 hours to find this one😭 it has removable covers so you could wash in the washer if needed. Nothing about it screams cheap to me the cushions got WEIGHT 🤷‍♀️ and I’m picky. Worth the price. Read more

Leaving 5 stars in anticipation the seller will send the ottoman. The couch arrived, without the ottoman (we bought two seater with one ottoman). I reached out to the seller yesterday and haven’t heard back (yet). Hoping it shows up. The couch is 10/10 cute and cozy. I love it, my kids love it. I will add, my husband weighs 190 and says the couch isn’t so comfy for him as he sinks into it. Read more
