These pants are the best for night time! We call them peejammies. My son is 4 and sleeps in them every night. He's only had a couple of accidents since transition to underwear at bedtime instead of pullups and each time time these pants held in the pee sl his blankets and mattress where dry. Occasionally the waist band had been wet and the edge of his shirt but being a boy I think that happened just because he pointed up if you know what I mean. The size it true to what it says. The design is cute. Made from quality materials. The pants aren't very stretchy but still feel comfortable and they make a woosh sound when walking but it's barely noticeable once he wears then often. My only complaint is they are a pain in the ass to wash. When he had had an accident I turn then inside out to mince them off then put them through the washer machine twice. It takes 2 times to get the pee smell out. Then I dry them twice as well because they are so absorbant. If he hasn't peed in them then washing is easier but always inside out! Read more
WAY too big in every dimension. Size 2-3 was huge on my 51-53% height/weight, active/athletic, almost 3 year old. At this age, being average, these should have been a perfect or slightly small fit ot accommodate smaller kids since they don't offer an XS/1-2T size--if you've got a very small kid, give up until they're at least 4! I wanted to use these for potty training continuation at daycare so she can pull them down quickly without subjecting daycare to lots of floor cleanup if she doesn't get them off in time. Hugely gapped at the waist (this I can tighten somewhat, but it's going to be SO gathered--they made it big enough I guess to cover almost-4-year-old 99% kids LOL), and too long, so it's all just super baggy. Measurements completely incorrect. Size S (2-3T) is 20" to TOP of ankle cuff & 21.5" to the bottom, not 18.5" long as specified, and 11.6" not 10.6" inseam. If the measurements had been what is specified in the graphic, it would have fit perfectly. It's like they've got the sizes off by half a size as this is about in the middle between the S/M sizes specifications given. If you've got a kid that's probably 70% height/weight or more, or want to use 2-3T "S" size for your average 3+ (nearing 4) year old, you can probably go with this. I will probably keep them to use for when she's bigger, but was really hoping to use them for night training in a few months & had counted on it working for daycare. My 5-year-old son still needs diapers for the night. As he has grown up, his bladder has gotten bigger too, and his bed often gets wet even though we spread waterproof sheets. These pants worked so well! It did not leak and protected our sheets and blankets. These are made with thick absorbent materials. So, when you put them in a dryer, I recommend making them inside out.
