I love how nicely this short sleeve dress fits, and it's in such a beautiful purple color too. This dress is so stretchy and form fitting on your body, it hugs every inch. The material is soft and very comfortable. It's a very thin and light weight dress, so it's perfect for the summer. I LOVE THIS DRESS! I actually liked it so much that when the winter came, I ordered it in long sleeve also! It is very form fitting, so if you aren't super comfortable with your body, consider shareware under the dress. The dress is cut to be very flattering. The hips are CUT INTO the dress so it makes your hip/bottom area look amazing (even if you don't have one)! I'm 5'3", 130 lbs and ordered the small. I'm small but curvy and this fit amazingly! At its natural length it fell just below my knees. But bc it is tight fitting, I was able to pull it up to just about the knee without it looking off. The material was thick and soft. Think of a tshirt with flannel inside. Surprisingly the short sleeved dress wasn't hot in the summer and the long sleeve was warm in the winter. This is my third dress purchased from this vendor! I own the orange and lavendar dress. I am reviewing the bright red dress. I love it! I purchased the extra large. My measurements are 40 - 35 - 43. I am five feet eight inches tall. It fits perfectly! The dress hits about an inch below my knee. This is a dress you can wear out on a date with that special fellow or just hanging with the girls. It is absolutely alluring and will turn heads. I have received multiple compliments on my orange and lavendar dress. I can't wait to wear this red one! The dress is made of 10% spandex and 90% polyester. It is not thick material; yet, the darker colors are not see-through. I would still suggest wearing a shaper to hide a few bulges. I loved the color, the sleeve fit and the thickness and softness of the fabric. It is such a beautiful dress and I noticed in the other review photos it looked fantastic on shapely women. First, I tried it on without a shaper (3rd photo) and it was definitely not flattering. With the shaper it is acceptable, but just too form fitting for me. The other ladies look so fantastic I was hoping it would be the same for me! So sad to have to return it. I I gave the dress five stars because of the quality and how it looks on others. I love this dress! The material is very comfortable and flattering. It's thin but the black isn't see through. I'm 5'9", 8 months pregnant, and about 170 lbs and the large fits great. If I pull it down it lands right below my knees but it naturally sits right above my knees. Read more
