I have used other mold removers (including from this brand) and this is by far the best one! It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and this has the quality! Note that you will need a pump sprayer to apply this so the application isn't as easy as the hose attachable spray bottles. I recently made the mistake of trying to use one of those spray bottles and it really only removed 10% of the algae / mold on my vinyl siding. And that left trails of clean areas in the middle of the left over parts - making it look worse! That is likely because the water from the hose was diluting the product. With this version you dump it into a pump sprayer and directly apply - do not dilute! This does mean that you likely need to get up on a ladder to apply it but the results are almost instant. I could see the siding clearing up while I was still spraying! Then everything was clear by the time I put the ladder up so I just used my hose sprayer to rinse it off thoroughly with clean tap water. This product is easy to use, works very quickly, and is extremely effective. There is a chemical smell so I'm sure there is some form of bleach in this - just be aware of this and make sure to pre-rinse and post-rinse any plants in the area. This stuff is incredible. Instead of power washing my white vinyl railing and wasting water and electricity, I can spray this on and let it sit for 3 minutes and the mold just disappears. Same with the bottom of the shower curtain. We used to soak it in bleach and scrub it to get the mildew out. Now a decent spray of this stuff and the mildew just disappears. 've also used it on grout in my 2nd bathroom and the grout returned to white. This stuff is quite pungent though. Only use in well ventilated areas or areas where you can air it out easily enough. The results are worth it. It works quick and easily. The large size jug gives it the best value, go to the dollar store and get a small spray bottle if you don't have one laying around. Read more
This product is amazing on mold and mildew. My patio had a lot of mildew on it. I used this product and could actually watch it get rid of the mildew while standing there. It is not cheap but well worth it. Read more
I know this works because I have purchased it before, not from Amazon. This time from Amazon and it had obviously leaked into the plastic bag it was in! Horrible chemical smell, had to sit it outside! It’s all over the container and packaging, there’s no removing the smell Amazon is great and said to return it! I’m just concerned that the smell can’t be tolerated, but I’ll do as told! Read more

A neighbor suggested I use this to get rid of the mold on my stone mailbox, and I was not even done with the mailbox when the first side was almost completely clear from mold!! I have to say it has a very strong scent, so I suggest you wear a mask to protect your nose. I used a spray bottle to spray the mailbox, and was easily done. You can smell something like bleach when you spray it, so wear gloves as well. It comes in a large, green container, and it was easily transferred to my spray bottle. I will try it for other spots around the driveway. It was a good purchase! Easier than power wash the mailbox! Read more

This stuff works exactly as described. Had a water leak that turn into a pretty bad mold issue. Put it in a pump up sprayer and it was gone in 10 minutes. I recommend wearing glasses and a mask. I'm usually the last person to wear PPE but this stuff is strong and had my nose and eyes burning. It also bleached the shirt I was wearing. Once everything was aired out, the mold smell was gone and replaced with a fresh clean smell. I will definitely use this product again. Read more
