On a recent trip to Hawaii I got awful blisters on the balls of both feet. My shoes/socks had never caused this problem before. But remainder of the trip was extremely painful having to continue to walk many miles a day with blisters that kept growing. Wanting to prevent this from happening again, and knowing I was going to an amusement park and would be walking many many miles, I purchased these moleskin strips. Placing them in the hot spot from the previous trip, they worked perfectly. They prevented blisters from forming and were comfortable to wear. No issues removing them at the end of the long day. I get blisters easily when wearing anything except tennis shoes. I wore these each night for dinner on a cruise with my sandals and they worked extremely well. They stayed on and had to be purposely removed. I avoided hot spots and blisters all week. Read more
Easy to use, but I found that if I didn't press it down very securely it came off during the day under my shoe/sock. Also, the different shapes aren't really that helpful if you need it for a specific use. I wound up cutting the pieces to go over my blister. Read more

Though I used these for 2 large blisters from a 10k, (did their job), I use these for when my skin gets hot spots. This is normally around my socks- from hot races. I like these. I put these on top of my Hydrocolloid bandies to secure them. But clean and dry the area. Some of these don't last for 7 days. These help a lot. They seem sticky usually.,butt the stickiness doesn't last. I'm glad there's plenty, because through sweat, they don't adhere as well. I will order these again. I like them. Read more
