Works great with traditional flanges. Has overlapping flange slit so it does not irritate my nipples. Love that it has a smooth look under tighter fitting clothing. Washes well, cups have not creased, but I do hang it to dry. I’m a 34DD and medium is a pretty good fit. Giving 4 stars bc I wish there was a “busty” option. The band tends to roll up under my bust- I could prob use a smaller, tighter band and a slightly larger cup. Read more

There weren't many reviews when I bought this so I was skeptical but I was ready to find a bra that didn't have holes right where my nipples are because of the uncomfortable rubbing. I am so glad I bought this bra! The feel of the bra is silky, soft, buttery smooth and so comfortable! The bra is lightly lined but the thin cups that can be taken out. I've tried several pumping bras and this is by far my favorite. Material is stretchy to fit your pump parts, but strong enough to hold them on place.
