If I could give this 10 stars I would. The best thing about this is the cream. I would buy the cream on it's own. To my surprise when I opened the package, it said it could be used on the lips and hands... so I thought why not!? This is the BEST lip cream ever. It works great on the nipples too, buy whoa, it's great on your face! I also use it as lotion... and again- FABULOUS. It might be the shea butter... but wow, it's amazing. Now for the applicator... it's a neat idea. I think I would have loved this the first few nights at the hospital when starting a BF routine. It heats up fast and really does get quite cold! The smooth applicator feels great on dry, cracked, skin. You don't need to use too much of this product to make a big difference. I hope that momcozy sells the cream to refill, I would absolutely buy it. The battery lasts a long time and I actually haven't had to charge it yet, still using it on the initial charge it came with. Great pen, especially for on-the-go use. You can choose between heat, cool, or vibe. Each setting works decently well, with the cool one being my personal favorite. Perfect for both new mamas and for the joyous time when babe is just getting teeth and begins biting. The cream is also nice! I like that it doesn't contain lanolin. It absorbs well into my skin and is hydrating. It's baby-safe, so it's okay to nurse right afterward (although I apply it after nursing instead of prior).
