However, it’s not very hands-free when using a Spectra pump, so I had to adjust it often during pumping sessions. Bought during pregnancy around 20 weeks for my growing body, did not even know how badly I would actually need this! Still haven’t used for nursing but at 32 weeks pregnant even all sports bras are too tight and these are the only bras that fit now. They come with an extender pride for the growing belly that’s a sign me right now! They’re also super comfortable, the material is very soft and high quality! I imagine when the time comes they will be great for breast feeding as well. If you’re thinking about it, just buy them. You won’t regret.
