This is the robe of my dreams!! Well worth every penny. It is a true Turkish cotton terry cloth material and is very soft and absorbent. It’s a thick, heavy robe that goes down to the ankles. I love the hood and pockets on it as well. Definitely feels like a robe you’d find at a 5 star hotel or spa!! I’ve tried others on Amazon and have returned them due to poor quality, shedding, etc. but this one is absolutely perfect! This bathrobe is very thick and good quality. I like the addition of the hood— nice for wet hair. It was exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I would change (personal preference) is having a sewed on attached belt instead of a removable one. Read more

This robe is very long in the sleeve. Otherwise its perfect for me. Super soft. It's too big on me but, I wanted to curl up inside a giant fluffy towel. I got what I wanted. It's heavy. At least 8 lbs. The hood is perfectly sized to accomodate all my long curls. Will be taking it to a seamstress to get 10 inches cut off the sleeves.. if you have toubles with sleeves being to short, this is the robe for you. I only take away the one star because the seamsress lives 100 miles away and she will not be able to get it completed for me the day I will be in her city. It shed a fair bit on wash one and wash two but no more than I expected. It was worth every penny to have exactly what I wanted. A giant, super soft, fluffy, cocoon towel. Oh....
