I love this purse! I was looking for something bigger but could only find oversized nylon bum bags. This one is smaller than I thought it would be, but I love the material and quality. So I’m keeping it and minimizing the amount of junk I throw in it; only the essentials. It really does look and feel like soft leather. The zippers are smooth. Front outer pocket is kind of shallow. I don’t think it’s wide enough to fit a large phone like an iPhone pro/max. I put my car key and credit cards/cash there. The inside pocket is roomy. Adore this bag! I get so, so many compliments on it too. It's not huge, but not small either. I am able to fit my phone, a small/thin wallet, tissues, a pen, Tic-Tacs, eye drops, hand sanitizer, and my car/house keys in this bag. Not a ton, but the essentials. So far, I have really liked this purse a lot. It is roomy enough to carry a lot, but still lightweight. I did purchase a more colorful strap to replace the one it comes with (why I rated it four stars instead of five). I really like it. It looks like real leather even though I think it is not. I love this little black bag. Holds just about all I need and is comfortable to wear cross body. The strap is adjustable so I can fit it to my body and hang it across the front or back.
