I love that I can organize my pills once a month by 4 separate weeks. So, when I am on week 1, I just take out the pill organizer and leave the the other three weeks in the case. Large to hold the meds and can see inside the containers easily. Labeled clearly and every week is a different color. The daily tops are easy to open and close. I have not had any pills going astray when closed properly. I have even dropped the weekly pill case (several times) and had no pill escape. I use this on a daily basis. I load it up once a month with all my vitamins, minerals, meds that I take every day. Then I have it in a drawer in my kitchen by my fridge so each day I can just pull out one section, open up the day and dump my meds in my hand and grab the milk out of the fridge and drink them down. I bought these so I could take one week at a time with me on short trips. (I previously used a one-month case that did not have pull-out sections.) The sections have individual snap lids and are inside a very sturdy plastic container for all 4 weeks. The snap closures are secure, and I have no fear of anything spilling if I drop the case. In addition, the case is handy for pouring out a bunch of pills into - in order to sort them into daily sections. Only 4 stars on the "easy to use" because there is a bit more fiddling to get to each day (2 lids instead of 1) but everything else balances that out. When I hit my 70's, the number of pills increased and got too much to handle individually. I use the black organizer for evening pills and got another rainbow one for morning pills. That way I can distribute out a month's worth of pills at one time, and easily see whether I took them that day or not. Read more
I got this particular pill holder because I take several OTC pills that are over-sized..they each fit perfectly along with my regular daily medication..I like that each 7-day section is color coded and is marked week-1 through week-4..plus you take out one section at a time if you need to..it has a sturdy snap closure for security..very please with my purchase. I bought this shortly before a month-long business trip. Each compartment is sufficiently big to hold several pills without them getting wedged in or stuck. I've been very pleased with the quality of the pill containers themselves. The outer, clear plastic box is handy as a fail-safe for preventing accidental opening in transit; however, the clear plastic doesn't appear to be quite as sturdy as the pill containers themselves. This isn't a big deal for me, as I only use the clear container when traveling, so it won't get much wear-and-tear. I strongly recommend this product. Read more

I had a smaller version of this that didn't hold as many days. I decided I needed a bigger one. I was very impressed with the quality of this one. The other one I had, was a little hard to use. The tabs were a bit stiff and hard to open. However, these tabs open nicely. It's an absolute must for me to have one of these, with all the medications and vitamins I take. I take 9 pills daily, and this organizer fits the bill just fine. There are 4 individual weekly strips that fit into a larger securely latched case. Other organizers I have had in the past had a tendency to pop open on their own after some use. I haven't had this long enough for that to happen yet(if it will), but keeping the strips in the outer case will avoid any pills spilling. In case the daily laser printed labels should fade with use, they have included a sheet of stickers to use for re-labeling. This item seems to be well worth the money . Read more
