Great for grab and go for quick overnight jaunts or for a several day trip. They make it easy to see when meds need to be ordered. Good quality. Sturdy, stylish case. No worries about plastic cracking or spontaneously popping open. Very well-made case with clean seams and a reliable zipper. We are an AuDHD, OCD, PDA family, so sitting down to prepare daily doses once a week just wasn't getting done for some of us. This is a pleasant tactile task for anyone who enjoys the experience of many containers and lining up/organizing things. If you have OCD and an understanding of color theory, the order of color presentation will not feel great, but that doesn't take anything from their function. Each unit is pre-marked with day of the week (and a spare?), but stickers are included to add day of the month which won't often match up to days of the week. There are 32 AM/PM cases, so it won't match up exactly to weeks, or months either, but you'll have a solid supply of pre-filled daily pills sorted, and a couple spares if you tend to fall off a weekly/monthly schedule now and then. There really is no particularly handy way to fill all of these little guys except to just lay them out on a surface and handle each one out of the case as needed, but once it's done, it's done for a month and you don't have to give it another thought until next time. My grandson enjoys the process of filling this up more than he enjoys remembering to take his daily support, so it's a very good start. As a cancer patient with other medical problems as well, I take 19 pills in the morning and another 14 at night. This pill container allows me to lay out a months worth of my medication at a time and has large enough pill holders to hold all of my pills at once. It is sturdy, the zippers are solid, it comes with a shoulder strap as well as a carrying handle and the pill containers are easy for arthritic hands to open. I wish I could give 10 stars to it. I apologize that I don't include pictures but I have a genetic trait that causes my hands to shake. I was looking forward to this Monthly Pill Organizer Box. I have another monthly pill organizer that only has a tray for the containers, and I have accidently dropped the tray and had 31 pill containers on the floor. The case of pill organizers did Not come with any preprinted labels. I like having my meds secured in one box, even though the box is large and a bit heavy. The outer case is hard but still can be crushed. The inner case has a pouch, made from netting, which is handy for paperwork. The tray for the pill containers is made from foam, helping to stabilize the containers. There are six rows of containers, with each row being a different color of 5 each. Each pill box is ~ 1.3 cubic inches allowing for the storage of larger-sized meds. Each pill container has 3 boxes, one each for morning, afternoon and night, maybe. I have, for the last 20 years, organized my pills on a weekly schedule of Sunday - Saturday. I also need 4 boxes for each daily container, one each for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Bedtime. By knowing which day of the week is marked on each container, it helps me to make sure I'm taking my meds correctly.
