Unbelievable! Without a doubt, over the many years and probably thousands of products I've purchased through Amazon, this key lock box is by far the best! I'm so impressed with the quality, the elegance, the thoughtfulness of design. With keys, RFID, passcode, thumbprint, USB, and remote access, I can't imagine anyone being locked out. I would say, when setting it up, go slowly and follow the instructions explicitly. You get all the tools you need for installation, and the shackle is heavy duty and so easy to install and remove. The only thing disappointing is that you have to pay for extended features, but I guess I can live without them. We'll see. Revised Review 8/3/25: This setup is for a second home to remotely allow someone to have access to a key to get into the home when I'm away. I rec'd the ScienerSmart G2 Gateway. The info was unclear in that it stated it was compatible with Google Home. I have discovered that it IS NOT COMPATIBLE W/ GOOGLE HOME in spite of the printed material. Extensive time w/ ChatGPT was very revealing. By the time I was able to get to the home to install the G2 Gateway the return window had closed on both the TTLock Box and the Sciener Smart gateway. I am most unhappy. The instructions are very unclear, inaccurate, and false. The TTLock works great, if you're a few feet away, but not 500 miles. Money down the drain. Original Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?: Potentially a good solution to the need to have an extra set of keys when needed, for a second home. The quality of the box itself is good--metal. The plastic screen/keypad cover however seems cheap relative to the box itself and doesn't have a strong catch. Setup instructions leave a lot to be desired. I expected Wi-Fi w/ smart home access, but it requires an additional device, which I've ordered. Stand by for a final review. So far, so good... I've had to buy a few of these for work. I just received this one a few days ago, but so far it's my favorite of all we've tried. It's similar in size to other boxes I've purchased. Here's are the advantages of this device over others: 1- The screen is easier to wake up. No tapping necessary. Just hold your finger on the screen for a few seconds. 2- There is a bin inside the device the key can be placed in. We've had a lot of issues with people closing the key or other items into the door and the boxes getting stuck. The bin should hopefully solve that problem. 3- It has a master key to open in case of emergency. As I just mentioned we've wasted a lot of time trying to open stuck boxes. This will be a great feature. 4- The cover is good for being able to post instructions for use inside. It will also help protect the device as this is located in a high traffic area, and the screen of old devices have been damaged. 5- It uses batteries. Yes, rechargeable limits waste, but it hasn't been practical. The cables get lost, and then you have to remove the device overnight to charge it. Luckily we don't have the device attached to a wall, we just use the doorknob hang, but if this is attached to a wall it would be quite a pain to recharge. Read more

Very sturdy. Love all the access options, smart cards, fingerprint and custom numbered pass codes. I did find out if you want to do remote unlock you need to buy a gateway plugin connected to your wifi which makes sense. You use the ttlock app to operate it. Read more

I love the many different ways to unlock it. It is very reliable and I also love the fact that it works via Bluetooth and not Wi-Fi if needed. The only pain point that I have encountered so far is that it won't allow you to have multiple time window of entry for ekeys. And you cannot send multiple Ekeys to the same account. If you want somebody to have entry access on different times and different days of the week you would have to use two different methods of entry. Read more
