3 stars but it may be what you want. Overall construction is decent for the money. Mounting could be better and more sturdy for single gang box mount, they expect you to use plastic wall anchors for better support. My biggest problem is I didn’t read the max lumens/ brightness(my fault) but it’s not very bright and even though the light bar position is adjustable I still get a shadow on my face. Maybe I have the cranial structure of a troglodyte but aside from adjusting the light right at my face I’m in the shadow of my 5 head. But it’s cheap so it’s staying and working for now. Read more

This is a Modern Vanity Light 15.7 inch, Black Bathroom that feels: sturdy, well-made, flexible. It worked as expected and fit the space correctly. I had to get an electrician to install and setup. The installation was straightforward. Pros: multiple light color options, bright light, modern look. Cons: some light parts are made of plastic and not glass so durability is questionable. If you’re not familiar with Amazon Vine, it’s a program where reviewers get products in return for honest opinions. Some reviews can sound a bit generic, but I try to keep mine practical and genuinely useful. Even though the items are free, Vine members do pay taxes on their value, so I only request things I truly intend to use. I mention this because it matters, there’s no incentive for me to oversell a product. If something is great, I’ll say so. If it’s not, I’ll be just as open about that. This light exceeded my expectations. First off it looks great. I was doing a bathroom remodel and I needed a black light to match the new black medicine cabinet and shower curtain rod. I wanted something that was simple that wouldn’t break the bank. This fit the bill perfectly. Not only was it easy to install, I think it looks great. What I like the most is the way you can adjust the light to put it exactly where you want. You can set the light to shine on your face so that you can see yourself in the mirror clearly or you can adjust the light to shine on the mirror and then reflect on your face. You can get just about any angle with the light that you want. The light even rotates slightly to give you even more angles. An added bonus that I didn’t realize this light had was the different light tone settings. You can go from a daylight setting to something more soft. I love our new vanity light! It’s very sleek and light. I can dust it in 10 seconds! Our old vanity had three lights with three glass shades, and cleaning it was a real pain in the acetabulum. This vanity light is one thin bar. It was easy to install only its footprint was much smaller than the light we had before so we had to patch the wall. No biggie. It was worth it. Now I can clean this light with one sweep of a cloth. I can choose from three different light shades, and I can change the lights color with a switch at the end of the light. The lights are LED which means I don’t have to replace any bulbs or worry about bulbs bursting. LED lights also mean longer life less heat and less energy consumption.
