These shorts are great! The proportions are perfect for a comfortable, cute, oversized look. The leg openings are much wider than most shorts, and that roominess is flattering to legs that are muscular or thicker than average. The length of the inseam, high rise, and deep pockets make these functional and comfortable to move around in through your full range of motion without feeling restricted. They are 100% cotton, so they are a healthy natural fiber that gets softer in texture as they are worn and washed. One review complained that they are like a cheap tablecloth. Honey, that’s how new cotton behaves. It just needs to be broken in. I am so happy that these are 100% natural fiber cotton. So many clothes are instead made of cheap, synthetic material like polyester or a polyester blend, but since synthetic material is made using petroleum products, it’s bad for the environment because it doesn’t break down—becoming forever garbage—and it’s bad for your health because the skin absorbs those synthetic chemicals, which act as endocrine-disruptors. Plus, cotton breathes, which is healthier for your skin. The shorts I bought are labeled as red, but I’d describe the color in person as more of a brick red or even a dusty rose. Color seems off. Kinda off white looks like old fashioned pillow case Yikes these shorts shrunk after washing. Used warm normal cycle. Hung online to dry. There is no stretchiness seems to be cotton. They were short before washing and afterwards really short shorts. They were too big before washing and now fit well in hip area but just too short Read more
