As silly as it sounds I was getting tired of opening and closing shades all day based on the time of day and the sun position. The shades arrived much quicker than it said they would (about 10 days). The company contacted me after placing my order to make sure that I measured and ordered correctly. They also responded within a day when I had initial questions about the hub and remote. The shades are good quality and look really nice especially when adding the valance. Installation was simple just like installing a normal shade. Setting up the app was pretty straightforward as well. I can now control the shades with the remote, app or using Alexa. I also set them up using the app so they go up and down automatically based on the time of day. You have the ability to raise or lower the shades at specific times, sunrise, sunset, and even when the weather changes. You can also adjust the percentage of how much they open. They have worked flawlessly so far. I do not know how long each battery will last between charging as I’ve only had the first set for a little over a month but it is simple enough to charge them when needed. The only dislike so far ( which is very minor) is that there is a small crease on the shades when open. It is barely noticeable and there is probably not much that can be done about it. It seems to be there because the shades were rolled up for so long so you see the crease when unrolled. This might be more or less noticeable based on the color or fabric that you choose. The media could not be loaded. We evaluated several local companies that quotes at least twice the price. We ordered the color sample pack and selected our shade. The shade color is identical to what was sent. I measured the openings and then selected the product on the Amazon site. The Weffort customer support reached out within the hour to review and confirm the measurements. We were notified via email with every communication. We ordered one figuring that it was a small price to pay if it didn’t work out. The shade arrived and I charged the unit. It took less than 20 minutes to install and pairing the remote to the shade was done in a matter of seconds. The shades offer plenty of control options such as speed and upper and lower limits. I’ve even programmed our Apple Home to raise and lower them at scheduled times. Overall these are beautiful, easy to order and install. They are a tremendous value supported by a great team of people. We will be ordering more for other areas of our home soon and would strongly recommend them to our family and friends as well. This has been a very positive experience right from the beginning. The company is very professional and takes pride in the details including contacting the customer to confirm measurements and any other questions. Our blind arrived much sooner than expected. We are very pleased with the quality and simplicity of installation. This high window lets in much summer sunshine so the remote is ideal. It opens and closes smoothly and works well. I had to call customer service to help with my black out and they were extremely accommodating. I cannot wait to add more blinds to my other rooms in the house.
