I was going to order a Winsmar Motorized Zebra Blind but I am happy I ordered this sample packet beforehand because the color- Coffee- was not what I envisioned and I could see that it wouldn’t match my paint and my decor. The coffee in the sample was a taupe with pink tones but you really can’t see this in the photos- it’s almost like that dress a while ago where they asked if it was pink or blue. It definitely was not a brown coffee color you would expect. The colors of the 8 samples also changed a bit depending on the lighting in the room and additionally, some of the materials were not woven but more upholstery material which is another reason to order this booklet before customizing a blind. I am very glad the manufacturer provides this sample booklet at a very reasonable price $5.99 with 30% off because I would have ordered a custom blind where I wasn’t happy with the color and they are not returnable. Again, I highly recommend ordering this inexpensive booklet prior to ordering a custom zebra blind by Winsmar, it really is beneficial and a big help when making your decision. Read more

It should be overstated that these are just swatches. The description states this several times. I received these in a timely manner as I wanted to see the shading and material ahead of purchasing the blinds. Glad I did because a couple of the colors were similar online but different in person. The swatch provides enough to see what it will look like hanging and with light traversing through it. Read more

Motorized blinds are a big purchase and having the sample to see the fabric is so nice. I appreciate that each fabric is notated with the amount of light that filters through. Ultimately none of these blinds match our other blinds but it's really nice to be able to see the options. Read more

I am just reviewing the swatch booklet. I am considering switching to motorized blinds for the upstairs windows. The booklet is just as it says. It’s a booklet of swatches. 2 per page. It’s extremely comprehensive with quite a bit of variety. With so many options, the swatch booklet is a very good idea so you can see what you’re getting before you make the expensive plunge. These are just fabric samples of the various materials you can order for the actual blind. Not worth spending money one in my opinion or they should give you credit for them when/if you order the blinds. Read more
