Very terrible service
The player mp4 was a disappointment it wasn’t tech savvy , as the keyboard was totally blacked out , but that’s not the kicker , Amazon’s customer support made the experience even worse , I returned the item for a refund , they decided to refund me with a Amazon gift card , which when I explained I wanted my money to go back in my bank account , they were refusing my request and rude not to mention lying to me about the issue , and hung up in my face, so I am so disappointed and done with Amazon online shopping as soon as I figure what to purchase with thier funky card ….
