I love that Mrs. Meyer's dish soap is made without parabens, phthalates, MEA, DEA, and artificial colors. It cleans effectively and I appreciate the focus on natural ingredients. However, the scent is very strong and lingers on my dishes, even after rinsing. While I enjoy the fragrance in the bottle, it's a bit overpowering on my plates and glasses, and especially on silicone items such as baby pacifiers and bottle nipples. It gives me pause... If you're sensitive to strong scents, or use a lot of silicone in your kitchen, this might not be the best choice. I like Mrs.Meyer's soaps for only one reason...That is for cleaning my floor boards,showers,tub,shower curtain,patio,etc. No water spots or shreks. Some of you may prefer to use this as a "dish soap" but due to prior reviews from other Amazon members. I was informed that these soaps leave a taste..on dish's. So I just decided that I would use this to wash and wipe down things around the house,the guest house and the garage.
