It's pickle juice. Good for recovery after activities that tax your muscles. Also used to prevent cramps.Seems to taste even better right after your activities. They are a miracle drug for leg cramps!
I was having horrible leg cramps every night and since starting just 1 oz of this pickle juice right before bed, I haven’t had a single cramp! It’s a miracle drug! However the packaging always comes torn with little bottles loose in the outer wrap. The bottles thankfully are unscathed! Read more
Tasty and Functional, But Packaging Was Disappointing
It’s exactly what you expect—pickle juice! Great as a chilled chaser (definitely better cold than room temp), and I’ve also used it in cocktails or as a quick shot to help with muscle cramps. The flavor is solid, and the size is convenient. However, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging. It’s advertised as a 12-pack, but I only received 11, and instead of being boxed like in the product photo, the bottles were just tossed into a plastic bag and taped up. It felt more like a loose shipment than a proper set. Overall, the product itself is great—just be prepared for less-than-ideal packaging. Read more

Mt. Olive Pickle Juice 100% Kosher Dill Pickle Brine. I am nearly 90 years old. I was experiencing fatigue, and a feeling of being light headed, and some times felt faint. Generally I'm still quite active. I was introduced to this product by my doctor. Real, honest to goodness Pickle Juice, is a form of electrolyte, and it really works, and quickly. When my doctor recommended it, she said, "take two ounces, and call me in an hour, and tell me how you feel." The improvement, was obvious within the first hour! Caution: There are a number of products being sold as Pickle Juice that are merely sports drinks. Not the same thing. To get the desired result, it must be 100% pickling brine. This product fits that criteria. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks, one two ounce shot a day, I love this stuff! Read more
