They can help clear up, mild congestion, allowing you to cough up some mucus
I cannot say that there’s anything wrong with them, but for my needs, they were not quite adequate. If you have a mild cold, they are helpful in dealing with congestion, but as a medical aid for bronchial issues, it was not a good fit. I still give them five out of five because of what they are intended for. Read more
