As a life long asthmatic I know how great it is to just breath. I had seen adds for a similar, more expensive lung exercise devices. I bought this one because it was less money. While I don't know about vibrations and oscillating I do know one thing.... after my first session not much happened, I wasn't using it right. After the second session while I was luckily, outside, I started coughing, in fact so hard I was bent over. Suddenly I coughed up two large gobs of phlegm. I had never seen such large lumps before. I kept coughing and kept producing phlegm, not as big as the first, but any that came out of my lungs is a bonus. I can honestly say that this device, whatever it does, will, if you use it right, make you cough up the crap in your lungs that cause so much trouble. Several days have passed and now I'm a pro at this. I have found that extending the exhale as long as possible gives me a better result. Haven't seen gobs as big as the first ones recently, but any phlegm not in my lungs is a good thing. I bought this thing after a bad bought of bronchitis. I literally just got it in the mail 30 minutes ago and I've used it exactly once and I've already experienced some relief. I almost never do reviews but my experience with this is already so positivie that I came here to write it. Not gonna lie, the sensation of it vibrating the air in your lungs is a little weird, but not so much that I wouldn't do it. I'd say it's akin to scratching an itch you couldn't reach before. The stuff that I've already coughed up is pretty gross, but it feels so good to get it out. A little tip : If you are someone who has cough related incontinence, you should do this sitting on the toilet, because you're going to cough A LOT. It might take you a minute RP experiment with the angle that you hold it and how fast you blow. You WILL feel the vibrations right away and it's easy to refine it just by playing with how you tilt your hands/how you hold it/how your neck is tilted. Honestly it's so easy to use. As far as cleaning, I haven't taken it apart to clean it yet, but it seems super simple. It looks like the cap just twists off like a pill bottle. This thing is literally like 3 pieces. It's not complicated. I am shocked at how effective this was. Honestly I'm probably going to use it every morning even after I get better because the feeling of getting that stuff out of your lungs is SO GOOD. I can already feel myself breathing stronger and deeper after one use. It's absolutely wild. Tldr: 10/10, totally lives up to the hype. Play around with tilt to get the right vibrations.
