I absolutely love this wrist brace. First there's a small elastic loop to go around your wrist, then the larger brace wraps around. I had been having issues with my right hand (my computer mouse hand!) for a few weeks, and my ace bandages were too long for just my wrist. The ace bandages ended up being too bulky, so I went looking for a better option. This brace fit my wrist well and did not interfere with my thumb or fingers, but put just enough pressure around my wrist to help me and give support so I could work and use my mouse without pain. As a note on wrist size, I wear a size 8" bracelet (flush fit) or 9" (loose fit), in measuring all the way around my wrist using soft measuring tape. My purpose of using this is to cover the wrist for my mouse hand. The skin that touches the table has become too thin and sensitive I needed something to alleviate the rubbing until it heals. This works for the few days I had to use it. However, I have to not use the elastic strap that was attached to it to ease the application. The strap was too tight and digs into the skin too much for such small area that it can block blood circulation of the hand that needed to heal. So I just have it looped outside of my wrist and that work alright. Like most of the reviewers says, the velcro is some kind of industrial strength velcro. It was extremely strong and hard to remove. Before I bought this, I used elastic bandage wrap that was a bit too long to cover my wrist. It took forever too apply and it was too thick and also presses into my skin too much. When I was buying this, I was hoping that it was easy to put on and take off. A point off just because the loop is too tight and the velcro is too strong. For the price I am not expecting too much. It fits and works as intended. One thing I have to point out is that its smaller in size. I am a guy but I have small wrist. I can see a problem with other guys or gals with larger wrist. This one may be a little tight. Read more

This seemed like exactly what I needed. Just the right amount of support. I found it worked better with the elastic band looped around my thumb. Unfortunately, the velcro has issues. For one, the loop side should be a lot longer. When firmly wrapped, the hook side extends beyond it to the fabric. This does not grab as well. I could live with this. The real problem is the hook part. It is wider than the band and irritated my skin to the point that I couldn't stand it. I tried trimming both sides. It would have worked but, not surprisingly, the sides unraveled and the strip is hanging by a few threads. Obviously, I have ruined it, so can't return. Back to the search. Read more
I have a wrist tattoo that I'm getting removed and I was looking for a wrist brace to wear after the laser treatments to protect my skin. I had hoped this would work but it definitely does not for me. It's a tight elastic loop that you slide over your hand and onto your wrist. Did I mention tight? For me, it was way too tight already. But then there's another piece of elastic that you wrap around your wrist for added support and compression. If you need a wrist brace with tons of support, this thing is great for that! helps a lot with a sprained wrist. may fit tightly depending on how tight you pull it or how much girth you have around your wrist. but it is durable and really helps. Read more
