Well-made
These wrist braces are quite well made. I am a small person, and surprisingly these fit perfectly. There's lots of room in the thumb hole, so they don't rub and the metal brace fits where it should. What I like best is that they fold up flat and so are easy to pack in my luggage. I give them 4 stars, perhaps unfairly, because I just don't find wrist braces with metal supports as comfortable to sleep in as the solid foam ones without a metal brace. However, I can see that were I to need a daytime brace, these would work excellently, being both non-bulky and permitting complete freedom of the fingers. Read more

More uncomfortable than carpal tunnel
My biggest problem with it is that the stretchy adjustable bands are threaded through holes reinforced with hard plastic grommets. This becomes an issue on the thumb side where the plastic grommet sits right on the radius (the forearm bone on your thumb side). The more compression you add by pulling on the strap there, the more the plastic digs into your wrist. It feels bulky. I can't seem to uniformly apply compression to make it fit in all areas--this creates compression hot spots that are uncomfortable and has compromised my circulation Read more
