This adhesive spray works great! My daughter uses it daily for her KT tape as she's in gymnastics for 4 hours of gymnastics. The hold on the tape and skin is strong and it's easy to use. It holds so strong that we have to soak the tape with water to take it off so it doesn't hurt. There is no discomfort while she's wearing it and working out. She has been needing to use lotion when not wearing though as it can irritate a little but I guess that's to be expected. So this might not be great for sensitive skin. Comes in a larger can than I thought and seems to be a great deal for cost. I would have preferred a spritzing bottle vs aerosol can but the adhesive would probably go on too thick with spritzing. Effective, even for "off-brand" use. Used this to hold a knee brace up, rather than the traditional base for tape. While it was tough to get the neoprene brace off, it was worth it - the only way the brace would stay put (straps were ineffective). Read more

Works pretty well! Some edges didn’t hold completely. Best to have adhesive remover if you’re sensitive to tape being pulled off. Read more
Using this adhesive allows my daughter to play an entire basketball game without the KT tape on her knee falling off. We love it. She does have to use coconut oil to remove the adhesive and that is ok with us. Read more

I’m old and walk around like I’m stiff…but I’m not! I just keep trying to keep the thigh high compression socks I have to wear from rolling down my legs! So, in desperation I thought I’d try this spray…and it works! One quick spray across my thigh where the top of the sock goes and pull up the sock with pressure to stick it to my leg. The only downside is it IS stinky so you want to spray in an area with good air circulation. I did it in my bathroom with an exhaust fan on. Held my breath for the spray and left the bathroom closing door and leaving fan on. Smell was gone a few minutes later. I love this stuff! Read more
