I read some of the reviews and giggled at some of the uses and reasons to bad reviews. It is K tape. Not nipple tape. The adhesive is pretty damn great. I have sensitive skin and doesn't cause any issues. No tape is perfect but this adheres to skin just fine and to itself better than original K-Tape. The price is fantastic. I have to use it daily for my fallen arch. So I go through alot of it. Yes I could leave it on a few days but I have to let my foot rest overnight. So $8-$12 a roll isn't an option. Some of the blistering and skin adhesions I have seen posted are from over stretching the tape. Not the tape itself. Look up some proper K-Tape videos and never stretch your anchor tape. Read more
Really good, durable, stays on for muktipl days unless you get super sweaty. I bought it for pregnancy and it was really effective in relieving lower back pain for me. Follow directions for removing, otherwise it's a really painful process to remove! Best removed in the shower while skin is held tightly. Read more
