I usually wear an eight but ordered this in an 8.5 to make sure that I had plenty of room for any socks. The toe box is nice and roomy, so they feel comfy on the toes. However the boot isn't completely comfortable, I would recommend getting an insole that adds a bit of gel to help soften the hardness inside as you step. The front top comes up and will hit into the shin/ankle a bit so if that would bug you at all, this isn't the boot for you as it can irritate the shankle easily. I think the brown is a bit more muted in person than the stock photo. I do like the fact that by ordering up a half size I am able to easily put a new insole inside to add comfort and can wear whatever sock I want without an issue. Read more
