Now that I’m in my 40’s, taking collagen supplements is something I realized I needed to start looking in to. This is the first collagen supplement that I’ve tried so I can’t compare to other products, but this product seems to do everything it says it will. I’ve been taking the supplements for about a month. I have noticed that my nails are stronger and are growing faster. My hair is growing faster and less seems to be falling out in the shower. It has even helped my digestion since I seem to be more regular since I have been taking them. I did not notice a change in skin or joints since it is not an area of concern yet. The pills are the standard size. They don’t have a flavor. You are supposed to take 3 a day. There is a 90-day supply which is a good deal for the price. The collagen is in peptide form so it’s easily available and absorbed. The supplement also contains Vitamin C, Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid, Keratin, and Elastin - all of which are beneficial to skin, hair, joints, and nails. Another plus is that this product is gluten free, soy free, peanut and tree nut free, dairy free and wheat free so there is a low allergy risk. The collagen also comes from multiple natural sources (fish collagen, bovine collagen, and chicken bone broth/eggshell membrane). In all, I am happy with this product and plan to continue taking it. I started taking the Multi Collagen Peptides Capsules because I wanted something simple to help support my skin, hair, nails, and joints. The capsules are easy to swallow and unflavored, which makes them easy to fit into my morning routine without thinking about taste or mixing powders. What I like is that this formula includes multiple types of collagen—Type I, II, III, V, and X—along with Vitamin C, biotin, hyaluronic acid, keratin, and elastin. It feels like a well-rounded approach, not just a basic collagen supplement, and it seems more complete for overall hair, skin, nail, and joint support. I’ve only been using them for a few weeks, so I can’t speak to dramatic results yet, but my hair and nails already feel a bit stronger, and my skin feels hydrated and smooth. The capsules are easy to digest and I haven’t had any stomach issues, which is a big plus. Overall, these capsules are convenient, comprehensive, and easy to add to a daily routine. They feel like a solid option for anyone looking to support multiple areas of health with one supplement. Read more

These weren't my favorite. I am a big fan of supplements. I used to take prenatals in high school at an attempt to give my body extra nutrients for better hair and skin. I have since learned a lot and take more targeted vitamins. Among them is collagen. I used collagen powder previously and it was not a bad gig for me. I tried these honestly only a few times because of three reasons. 1 I am still taking other vitamins prescribed by my doctor but these capsules also contain it so I didn't want to overdo it. (I have "overdosed" on vitamins before and it can be quite alarming to see neon colored pee as a result. So I try to be very weary of that now. I also was not a fan of the 3 capsules daily. It doesn't say if it is 3x daily or all 3 at once. So I did all three at once. The capsules themselves are super convenient and tasteless. However, I don't know if I just didn't drink enough water following, like it advises or if something else in my diet just interacted oddly but I did experience a little bit of tummy discomfort. I think these are definitely worth it for some, but for me, mostly due to my other prescribed vitamins I was weary of these form the get go once I read the label. A lot of the other vitamins it includes were pretty high. If I were taking nothing else I think these are great for those who are looking for more of an all in one vitamin with emphasis on hair nails and joints. Read more

Collagen in pill form is just so much more convenient than using powders which I have been doing for some time. Once middle age crept in I became concerned about the amount of hair I was losing & the texture of my skin. Collagen really helps you have healthier skin, hair, & nails. Just take 3 pills daily. They are easy to swollow and have little smell & are on the smaller side which is great. With 240 pills per bottle, that’s an 80 day supply which makes it a great value. The pills contain multi collagen peptides (5 total) as well as vitamin C and biotin. I am using these daily and my hair, skin, and nails are doing well & are healthy. Read more

Each serving provides a blend of bovine, fish, chicken bone broth, and eggshell membrane collagen, which I like because it covers multiple collagen types rather than relying on just one source. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn’t cause any stomach upset for me. This formula also includes vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, both of which are commonly paired with collagen to support skin hydration and collagen synthesis. I appreciate that vitamin C is included at a meaningful amount. That said, the total collagen per serving (1,100 mg) is on the lower side compared to some products and studies that use higher daily amounts. Because of that, I’d consider this more of a gentle, maintenance-style supplement rather than something likely to produce dramatic results quickly. The biotin content is very high, which may appeal to people focused on hair and nail support, but it’s something to be aware of if you already take other biotin-containing supplements. Overall, this feels like a decent entry-level collagen supplement that’s easy to take and thoughtfully formulated, but those looking for higher-dose collagen support may want to compare serving strengths.
