This dissolves in my coffee quickly, and I don't notice any flavor. We have a few collagen supplements from tablets to liquids to powders, and this rates at the top for being as close to flavorless as possible and dissolving almost instantly. I also appreciate the addition of Biotin, Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C which eliminates the need for separate supplements, and that it is a non-GMO, grass fed/ pasture raised source, and includes types I -V collagen (although I read conflicting information as to whether or not that is really necessary or beneficial, to include all the types). The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars for me is the value for the grams per serving of collagen; this lists the "collagen complex" at 10,888mg per serving - or 10.88g per serving, and my other supplements are more like 20g per serving. That comparison makes this seem a little pricey at $35 for 41 servings, though not out of the question compared to other higher quality brands out there (and at this moment they are offering a 40% off promo, which makes it very reasonable even compared to "budget" brands). The powder dissolved in liquid fine. I also mixed it in yogurt and didn't notice any impact to the taste. I do not comment on efficacy or the uses for supplements, only you can decide what to try and know what it does for you. I have been using the product without ill effects. The bag was smaller than other brands, but it the weight and volume was fine, so just less empty space so that is a plus. It arrived in a coated box, which seemed unnecessary, but it did prevent any shipping incident from impacting the product. The scoop had a rounded bottom so it can't be set down while holding the product, which I found odd but you only need to scoop it and dump it. I went with 4 stars mainly due the high quality of the box which I'd consider unnecessary in the first place. The the bag is well made and it would survive most handling and delivery situations. This collagen powder combines various types of collagen along with biotin, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C. I've been adding a scoop to my tea and I like that it dissolves easily without any clumps.
