This Multi Collagen Peptides Powder appears to be a high-quality supplement. It is formulated with five types of collagen (Types I, II, III, V, and X) and combined with biotin, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, keratin, and elastin. I appreciate a well-designed blend where the ingredients are intended to work together. The product is also non-GMO, gluten-free, contains no preservatives, and is manufactured in a certified GMP facility. The container includes both manufacturing and expiration dates, with a stated shelf life of three years. I received my container approximately 2.5 months after the production date, so it was fresh and provided plenty of time for use. This powder is easy to incorporate into my daily routine. It blends well and has very little taste. I mix it with water and did not experience any stomach discomfort. In terms of effectiveness, I feel this product delivers noticeable benefits. My skin appeared to have a healthier glow, and I experienced a reduction in hair shedding while using it. The price point is very reasonable, especially considering the formulation, quality, and results. Based on my experience, I rated this product 5 stars. Read more

This was my first time trying out a collagen peptide powder mix, and I’d say there was definitely a bit of a learning curve. I first tried to mix this straight into cold water, and even going at it with a whisk for a few minutes I still couldn’t get all the clumps out (in fact a lot of the powder just glooped up in the whisk rather than mixing). However, I sampled the portion I was able to mix and was surprised by how little flavor this had even in just water. I wouldn’t say it was absolutely nothing, but it was barely noticeable. The part that I was able to mix also didn’t have any sort of weirdly thick texture which I was half expecting, so that was a nice surprise. I next tried mixing it into a protein shake with a blender ball, and had a bit more luck there though it still didn’t fully eliminate all the clumps. My final attempt was mixing it into hot tea — I’ve read competing things about whether mixing in hot water denatures collagen peptides, but the packaging included instructions for hot water so I figured it was worth giving it a go. This was my most successful method, and I was able to dissolve virtually all the powder with ease and without any noticeable clumps. I would imagine you could also easily dissolve this into oatmeal, soup, or other similar foods. As for results, I think it’s too soon to say for sure so I will need to keep trying this out longer term. However, it gave me no digestive upset and has not broken me out so far, which I was worried about given my past experiences with collagen and biotin supplements. I think if you are able to fit this into your usual routine, for the price it could be a decent first foray into trying out collagen peptides to see if they work for you. Read more

Comes in a very large 1lb bag, pretty good value for the amount you get. As this is primarily for skin, hair, and nails, this mostly has Type 1 and Type 3 collagen from cows. Type 2, 5, and 10 are from other sources and are usually for helping joints and organs. Based on the info available these are from pasture raised cows, so should be higher quality than penned in and ranched cattle. Though, I'm not sure how much I trust claims like that from even domestic products, so for a foreign imported product from China I'm even more wary. A supplement is only as good as where it's sourced from after all. Same for foods as well. Powder mixes very easily and has a very mild neutral flavor. Very easy to mix into smoothies or nutritional exercise drink mixes. Read more

I got this collagen powder but I’m honestly hesitant to use it. The brand name is something I’ve never heard of and theres not much info about the company anywhere. The packaging looks generic and doesn’t give me alot of confidence about whats inside. I opened it and the powder looks fine I guess, light colored and has a slight smell, but I don’t really know if I trust putting it in my body. Theres no third party testing info or certifications listed that I could find. The ingredient list claims it has all these different collagen types and added vitamins but without knowing where its sourced from or how its made I’m skeptical. The price was lower than other collagen powders which made me wonder about the quality. I haven’t actually tried it yet because I’m worried about whats really in it. If your gonna consume something everyday it should atleast be from a brand you can verify and trust. I might just end up returning this and getting something from a more established company.
