This is my first time using Collagen as a supplement, and I still haven’t decided whether this even works. I’ve done a lot of reading & some dermatologists say it works, but a lot say it just gets destroyed in the stomach. But I figured I’d try it first myself. I’m about 2 weeks in and have not noticed any changes yet. I have weak fingernails, so that will likely be a change if it does indeed end up working. This is one pound of dried collagen, and is supposed to be just a 41 day supply. So if it doesn’t seem to end up working, I can’t rationalize buying it every month. The taste is kind of gross, but not impossible to drink. It’s like a weak beef bouillon flavor. It comes with an easy measure scoop. This brand has a bit of Vit C and a bit of hyaluronic acid to help with its absorption, which is a good thing. Verdict is still out. Read more
