I first tried Healthful Seasons last year and I was immediately hooked!! At first I noticed the benefits in my hair growth and nail strength. I have always been a nail biter and after starting to use this product I was able to grow and strengthen my nails naturally and have kept it up! I then started to shift my diet when I began working from home and decided to try the belly burn. The product has been a big part of the shift in my eating habits and of helping me shed pounds! I add this to either my coffee or a smoothie each day and it has become so much easier to manage my appetite throughout the day. I feel energized and am able to sustain intermittent fasting easily. This is stuff is way overpriced. Make sure you read the actual ounces, the container looks large but it wasn’t even 1/4 full. 1st-it doesn’t mix easily, in hot or cold, it clumps & sticks to your cup, it must be shaken vigorously to even remotely dissolve. I started taking collagen by healthful seasons a few years back once I was post partum and had issues with hair loss and brittle nails. This product has significantly improved my hair and nail growth and strength. I love that it dissolves in my hot coffee or tea with really no change to flavor. I’ve switched to the belly burn to help suppress my appetite and have noticed a difference there as well. I truly think this is high quality stuff, and I love that there are multiple collagen types and added bonus’ in this collagen. I also ordered through Amazon and it arrived next day. If you’re thinking of trying a collagen, healthful seasons has been a great option for me. They’re more affordable in my opinion considering you get more bang for your buck with this product. Not sure about the belly burn aspect of this, but my skin seems to be looking tighter & less... umm.. old since i started taking this. Psychosomatic? Maybe, but either way I'm feeling good about it. The instructions say to mix a scoop in an 8-10oz beverage but let me tell you, that's a no. Mixed a scoop in 24oz of coffee & it made my coffee so sour & goopy-feeling that i was barely able to drink it & had to keep adding water as i went, to make it through the cup. Blehhh. Half a scoop in my 24oz coffee seems to be the drinkable portion. One total scoop since i mix it in 2 coffees a day. Read more

While this product works. Makes your skin glow and even aids in curving your appetite. So that part totally wonderful. However collagens 1 and 3 trigger asthma and can even trigger an asthma attack which should be somewhere on the label. So if you have asthma proceed with caution or don’t buy it at all. I figured I would try it but it did not agree with my asthma and thankfully I had my inhaler. Other than that it works so if you don’t have asthma you’re probably fine to use this. Read more

I heard great reviews for this and decided I had to have it. It is expensive but tasteless. The reason for two stars is because it doesn't dissolve well. I use it in my coffee and it cakes up like a piece of plastic. I've tried pouring it in my cup before I put the coffee in and I tried after. This product is not worth the money. It doesn't dissolve in hot or cold beverages. You have to continously stir to keep it mixed together. It has a foul smell and a terrible after taste. And it stays with you all day( gross) This is very disappointing considering the review rating and price tag. As far as effectiveness I can't review that because I'm not going to be using it long enough to properly give my opinion. I would keep shopping and not buy this. Read more
