You only purchase this through Amazon, it is a third party that contacts you within 24 hours (if during the week) to give you a rundown on how delivery works. Delivery worked exactly as they described and arrived the day we picked, in the earlier time they said it would. It had arrived even earlier but we only had the one day off to retrieve it. The family agreed we'd make the same purchase again, the furniture was excellently packaged and handled with utmost care. The quality is top notch, it looks great, feels great and half the price of some furniture we were looking at in store that was almost the same and this is better made with a metal frame instead of wood. It has cup holders in the loveseat and storage on every end of each piece and in the middle of the loveseat to hide remotes and whatever else floats your boat. This couch came extremely quickly! Also, the day after I ordered, the seller called to coordinate shipping and receipt, which is pretty dope. This made the shipment very smooth and I was able to receive stress free. When I put it together, which was super quick and easy, I had trouble getting the power on the three seater working, and reached out to the seller. He called me right back and recommended a series of steps which led me to figure out that I had not connected it correctly. There are three connectors at the back of this couch. One goes to power and the other to go to each other -- just in case you experience this issue. Those connectors were kind of tucked away so I hadn't seen them. I wasn’t quite sure about buying a furniture set online, but I’m so happy I did. The sofa, loveseat and chair are comfortable and well-made. Mark is great and contacted me right away about my order and kept communicating with me. The freight company never called to set up a delivery date, so I was a bit surprised and it was fortunate that I was home and had some help, but the driver was also very helpful getting 3 big and very heavy boxes off the truck. Everything works fine, it was easy to set up and I love it so much that I just ordered an additional reclining chair from this seller.
