Works GREAT but requires common sense...
works PERFECTLY! can heat up Tons at once if you use the top. On high coals are ready in minutes, I like to put a coal in on low after start my session so that its ready for when i need a new coal. ALWAYS UNPLUG WHEN NOT USING! WHEN ITS NEW RUN A HEAT CYCLE WITH NO COALS TO BURN OFF ANY MANUFACRUTING RESIDUE ive seen reviews of fire and such...thats from the coals not getting taken out soon enough...this thing is pretty safe if you supervise it and pull coals BEFORE they catch fire..... i left one in too long and it caught fire....thats not a surprise..thats negligence...this is not a toy...
