Let me start out by saying this is my four thermal printer, and I am absolutely in love with it! It is so simple and prints perfect everytime! This printer is a total game-changer for my workflow. The ease of setup was impressive; I had it connected to my phone via Bluetooth and printing through the Munbyn app in under five minutes. The ease of instructions made the process foolproof. I’ve been using it for high-volume shipping, and the durability is evident, it’s built to last for hundreds of thousands of labels. Compatibility is a huge plus, as it works seamlessly across my iPhone, Mac, and Windows desktop. Great thermal printer! Did a lot of research before buying this one. This is my first. So simple to use. Creating your own stickers is real easy either via the app or on the website. I also use Canva to create stickers. They have great templates and designs. Bluetooth on Mac was weird at first. But once you have it synced via Bluetooth and have the computer added as a printer on your Mac it should always recognize it so long as the printer is on and within range and the Bluetooth on your Mac is turned on. I thought the light on the printer HAD to be blue while saying it was connected to my Mac but it does not. When I send a job to the printer as long as it’s turned on and has been previously connected it will connect as soon as it receives a task. If it doesn’t work at first turn off your Bluetooth on your Mac for a minute then turn it back on. Well worth it for the price. Highly recommend! Read more

This thing is going to be a game changer for me. I have two etsy accts. My older account is currently on vacation mode while I build my new one. The thing that held me up the most was printing stupid shipping labels. My printer sucks and I am always having to find work arounds for it, which i usually do. But shipping labels are a whole other animal. On my printer, they don't sit right, even if I load them from the back. Then there is the problem with two labels on one sheet, and they are always oversized, so you have to cut it down to fit your package, so now the other is not usable. Anyway, back to the review. I have only had this little machine for about an hour now including unboxing, assembling the label holder that I got, unwrapping all the labels that I purchased, and downloading the driver... and it is printing perfect test shipping labels from my macbook right now. Seriously gamechanger dot com I did have to read the instructions, which were perfectly clear and understandable. It is packaged nicely, like I felt like I was opening an Apple product. The printer itself seems nice and sturdy and is light weight and fits perfectly on my desk with out being an imposition. Glad I got this little printer. MUNBYN thermal printers are awesome! This one was super easy to set up with bluetooth. I love that I can be in any part of my office and have access to the printer as long as it is connected/plugged in and have less wires to handle to do so. Packaging was nice and it came securely in a nice cardboard box. I found that setting up different kinds of paper was very easy and interchangeable. I used both the rectangular and circle labels of the MUNBYN brand so I'm not sure how it will hold up with non-branded papers. There is a special website that is associated to MUNBYN so that you can set up your prints the right way. It helps you design your labels quickly and also lets you use some nice fonts as well. Overall, I think that the printer makes labels quickly, takes up less space, and will improve my overall functional ability while packing orders. I have bought from MUNBYN before in 2021 (which was not a printer with bluetooth functions) and so the upgrade was obvious. I would buy from MUNBYN again. PROS: easy/fast set up, nice website for setting up prints, great overall design and sleekness of a printer. CONS: the fact that I can't thing of more things that need labels just so that I can use it again. Read more

So far, this has been a great little printer. The first couple of labels has lines missing in the address barcodes, but reprinting those seemed to solve the problem. I don't know if there was shipping dust on the label, or on the print head, but it works great now. It was very easy to set up and will suite my shipping purposes perfectly. Read more
