I do like the belt especially the 2 snaps that opens and closes the belt. However I am not a fan of the material used for the bow. I am used to the chiffon bows this one has a sort of canvas look to it but the bow is soft not stiff the way canvas material is. However if you don't mind the type of material used I would most definitely recommend this belt. Read more

If it didn't smell so bad i would have given this 5 stars. It's pretty, the price is great, and it looks expensive....BUT it smells really bad. Bought to wear with an outfit for an October wedding and i am hoping to keep it. It's airing out in my garage and since the wedding will be an outdoor event I am hoping that, in time, the smell will disappear. Update: This has been airing out in my garage for a few days. I have been spraying it with Lysol several times a day and it smells a better. There's still an underlying unpleasant odor but I am hoping it continues to dissipate. It's just such a pretty belt and worth the effort to (hopefully) get rid of the awful smell. I'm just hoping that the Lysol isn't masking the unpleasant odor. This is another update. The smell is nearly gone. Love the belt and I'm happy I kept it. I sprayed it with Lysol a few times a day for about a week or so, and then just let it be. I wasn't sure it was working but once i left it alone to air out the Lysol smell dissipated and only a faint scent was left. Now what I think I'm smelling is just the residue of the Lysol scent. Plan to wear this to an outdoor wedding in October and I think it will be just fine. October 13 2021: It's been a month since i ordered this. It was for an outfit I planned to wear to a wedding this past week-end. Unfortunately, it still smells and i didn't get to use it for the wedding. I kept it because it's so cute.........Maybe next year i'll be able to wear it. I'll put it away for the winter someplace away from my clothing. Not sorry i kept it because the price was so cheap, the quality was nice, and i have hope the smell will dissipate someday. Maybe I'll even try to wash it in some soapy water. Read more
