Was easy to put together. Only took maybe 2 mins total. Holds a pretty decent amount of clothes, at least 2 1/2 big loads worth. Rolls great across my hardwood and tile flooring and my rugs. 8/23/23 update: Still holding up. The only problems I'm having is keeping the bag lining the hamper up and one of the wheels has came off/unscrewed for the 3rd time after tightening it. It will not roll over my jute rug because the locks on the wheel get caught hence why I have to pick up and thats how I found out about the wheel. Read more

I've been using this for 16 months and still love it. With the wheels it was too tall for my space, but that was easy to fix with some little feet, instead of the wheels, to reduce the height. It works with my bathroom design beautifully and I wouldn't change it for anything! Read more

The wheels are impossible to attach to the frame. The tool they provided does not work so you cannot build this item. Also a huge hassle to return. Read more

The handles of the liner are already ripping off. I don't over fill it or anything to cause it. I think it's just from walking it to and from the laundry room. I could tell it was very cheap fabric so I've been careful because I can't find anywhere that would sell the exact same liner. Other than that I thinks it's very cute and goes w/ modern decor.
