My 6 month old son (20lbs, long torso, bigger belly) typically wears size 6-9 month tops, but that size wasn’t going to arrive in time for Christmas. Amazon recommended I get size 12-18 months based on my past purchases, but based on the sizing chart and other reviews saying it runs “oversized”, I went with size 3-6 months. It ended up fitting perfectly! It’s also good quality as I’ve washed twice and the stitching hasn’t come loose. I wouldn’t say it’s very soft, but I didn’t expect it to be. It’s on the heavier side so kept him warm and putting a long sleeve onesie underneath worked perfectly to prevent itching or irritated skin from fabric. Read more
