I have to say, it's been a few years since I last tried to whiten my teeth, and this product is a VAST improvement over the previous products I used. I could tell a real difference after the recommended 7 day usage. It recommended another 7 days in a month, but I decided to just do one treatment each week - and I might back off on that. I mean this is an OK kit, doesn't do the greatest but I did see a slight improvement. It's a bit awkward to use, comfort and application wise, but not unbearable. It isn't something I'd order a second time but I'm glad I tried it. Overall nothing really stands out about this teeth whitening kit and nothing really goes anywhere close to being above average about it. Read more
